This notice explains how personal data collected through the newsletter and book waitlist forms is processed, in line with the GDPR and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

Personal Data Processed

  • Email address
  • Date and time of sign-up
  • The consent text you accepted and the time of consent
  • The page address where the sign-up occurred and the interface language

Purpose of Processing

Your email address is processed solely to send the newsletter or book launch announcement you requested. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5/1). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage and Transfers

Data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

Records are retained until you unsubscribe or until the newsletter activity ends.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also write to zuhalbaskirt@jusnexa.com to request deletion of your record.
